We want you to be happy. It's as simple as that. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of purchase and follow the instructions below.

All returns should be sent to Garden Botanika's Distribution Center at the St. Louis address below. Customer is responsible for return postage. Your return request will be processed within 2 weeks from the time it is received (refund or exchange). No refunds or exchanges on Garden Club Memberships or Renewals, clearance items, trial sizes, sample sets or packettes and promotional gifts. Please include original packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For returns with an exchange: A credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the item returned. A new charge will be issued for any new product sent out.
